- Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content.

All trademarks, branding, and materials on Hirexly belong to Hirexly Ltd. You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant us a limited license to host and display it within the platform.
6. Payment and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Hirexly may update pricing with prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Hirexly is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, loss of data, or third-party actions.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Hirexly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
